SMS Pick Reminder Opt-In
This public page shows the SMS consent experience used by Tekigi Football. Actual enrollment is available only to authenticated players from their Account page.
How enrollment works
- A signed-in player voluntarily enters a mobile phone number on the Tekigi Football Account page.
- Tekigi Football sends a one-time SMS verification code to confirm that the player controls that number.
- After successful verification, the optional Text Pick Reminders consent control becomes available.
- The reminder checkbox is unchecked by default. The player must actively select it and save the preference before reminder messages are enabled.

Message frequency and purpose
Tekigi Football is a web-based football pick-em pool platform. Players choose the team they expect to win each game.
A pick group is a set of football games that share the same pick submission deadline.
Most football weeks have two pick groups, although special schedules may create additional groups.
Tekigi Football sends at most one reminder per pick group and only if the player is missing a game pick or applicable quarter tiebreaker total.
Reminders are normally sent approximately 60 minutes before lock. If the pick group locks before 9:00 AM in the player's local time zone, the reminder may instead be sent the evening before.
Players with complete pick groups receive no SMS reminder. These messages are transactional pick completion reminders and are not marketing messages.
Consent and opt-out
SMS reminders are optional and are not required to create or use a Tekigi Football account.
Players may disable reminders from their Account page at any time or reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. Reply HELP for help.
